The application process for grades kindergarten through eighth is as follows:
1. complete the application for admission - mail or fax to 773-542-0664
2. include copies of your child's latest report card and test scores
3. schedule testing for your child by calling Ms. Perry at 773-542-0663
4. on testing day, pay the testing fee of $25 per family
CWSCS staff will review the test and all application materials and will contact you. If your child is accepted, you will:
1. complete remaining enrollment materials [available in the office]
2. pay $150 registration fee per family which will hold your spot until July 10
3. pay book fee of $150 per child by July 10 [grades K-8]
The Pre-School Application should be completed and mailed or faxed to the school at 773-542-0664. A $150 registration fee per family should be submitted with the application. Please note that the pre-school will follow the regular school calandar.
Tuition for the 2010-2011 school year for grades K-8 will be $3400/child. Tuition for pre-school will be $4300. Tuition assistance is available based on need; applications are available in the office.
