Back 2 School Kickoff & Meet The Teacher Night: Monday, August 17th from 4pm-7pm. Mark your calendar for our Back 2 School Kickoff. It will be a fun and meaningful event including a BBQ cookout, community resource fair, the blessing of the backpacks, and Meet The Teacher Night. All CWSCS families need to attend this important event. We also ask that you invite any friends or neighbors who might be looking for a great school! They can fellowship with us, enjoy the BBQ, tour and learn about the school, and meet the staff.
The First Day of School: Wednesday, August 19th
School Days & Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:15 am - 3:00 pm
Before School Care: 7:15 am - 8:00 am. The cost is $5.50 per hour per child, billed in 15-minute increments.
After School Care: 3:15 pm - 5:30 pm. The cost is $5.50 per hour per child, billed in 15-minute increments. A $1-per-minute late fee applies after 5:30 pm.

Uniform Policy: Click here to view the updated uniform policy. Please note that students no longer need to wear a separate PE uniform and should be in the standard CWSCS uniform each day. As we pursue excellence in all areas, CWSCS will be more intentional in enforcing our uniform policy this school year. Families may purchase uniforms from any retailer, provided items meet our uniform guidelines.

Medical Liability Waivers: Per State of Illinois compliance, schools are required to have information on file for students regarding medications. Lunch Form: All families are encouraged to complete the Free/Reduced lunch application, even if you do not plan for your student to receive school lunch. Click here for the application starting July 1st. Once completed, please submit to the main office.
