Whether you're a returning family or joining us for the first time, we’re excited to partner with you for a year of faith, learning, and growth. Monday, August 18th from 4pm-7pm.  Mark your calendar for our Back 2 School Kickoff.  It will be a fun and meaningful event including a BBQ cookout, community resource fair, prayer rally, the blessing of the backpacks, and Meet The Teacher Night.  All CWSCS families need to attend this important event.  We also ask that you invite any friends or neighbors who might be looking for a great school!  They can fellowship with us, enjoy the BBQ, tour and learn about the school, and meet the staff. 
 

🎒 The First Day of School:  Wednesday, August 20th 
 

​🕒 School Days & Hours:  Monday - Friday; 8:15 am - 3:00 pm
 

☀️ Before School Care:  7:15 am - 8:00 am.  The cost is $5 per hour per child, billed in 15-minute increments.   
 

🌙 After School Care:  3:15 pm - 5:30 pm.  The cost is $5 per hour per child, billed in 15-minute increments.  A $1-per-minute late fee applies after 5:30pm.

👕 Uniform Policy:  Click here to view the updated uniform policy.  Please note that students no longer need to wear a separate PE uniform and must be in the standard CWSCS school uniform every day.  Families may purchase school uniforms from any store of their choice, as long as items meet our uniform guidelines. For convenience, uniforms can also be ordered directly through our school vendor French Toast (click here).
 

📋 Required Health Forms:  The following health forms must be submitted to the main office by the first day of school.  Click here to access the health forms.

• Kindergarten must submit an Immunization & Physical Form, a Dental Form, and Eye Exam

• 2nd Grade must submit a Dental Form

• 6th Grade must submit an Immunization & Physical Form, a Dental Form
   

​⚕️ Medical Liability Waivers:  Per State of Illinois compliance, schools are required to have information on file for students regarding medications.  Please read the following documents to see requirements and how to properly label medications.  Click here to access the Informational Letter.  Click here to access the Liability Waiver. 
 

🍽️ Lunch Form:  All families encouraged to complete the Free/Reduced lunch application, even if you do not plan for your student to receive school lunch.  Click here for the application.  Once completed, please submit to the main office.
