At the heart of everything I do is this simple truth: students flourish when love, structure and high expectations walk hand in hand. As a servant leader with over a decade of experience in education, I bring deep roots in student leadership, behavior systems, and joyful school culture. Now, as Assistant Principal at Chicago West Side Christian School, I have the privilege of walking families, scholars, and staff in a shared mission, educating the whole child through academic rigor and biblical truth.

Our school isn't just a building, it's a beloved community. We believe in creating safe spaces where children are known, challenged and celebrated. Where laughter echoes in the hallways, faith shapes our daily decisions, and every scholar is equipped to lead with resilience and compassion. My work is grounded in trust, collaboration, and communication. I champion systems that support teachers, uplift students, and unite parents as partners in education. I show up early, stay late, and believe deeply in the power of this village. This work isn't just a role, it's a calling I live out every day.
