What are the school's hours?
The school day is from 8:15am - 3:00 pm. Before school care begins at 7:15 am. After school programming runs from 3:15 pm - 5:30 pm. There is a $3/hr fee.

How many students are in each classroom?
Our average class size is 18 students.

What is tuition and when is it paid?
For the 2024-2025 school year, preschool tuition is $5700 and K - 8 tuition is $4700 per student before financial assistance.
Tuition is divided into ten monthly payments due August 10 - May 10.

Are there other fees?
There is a $30 fee per application.  The registration fee is $75 per family (nonrefundable). The student resources and activity fee is $150 per student for grades K - 8, $50 for PK

What extracurricular programs are there?
Scholars participate in music, art, and athletics. We offer a variety of after school clubs.

How do you accommodate Diverse Learners?
Scholars needing additional help in math and reading can participate in our Title I Program. Scholars with an IEP receive accommodations and support from our Diverse Learners Director.

Do you have a hot lunch program?
The school offers a daily hot lunch program. Families can apply for reduced-price and free lunches using the National Hot Lunch application forms available in the office. We do not offer breakfast.

Do you provide transportation?
We do not provide transportation; however, we are accessible by city bus routes.

CWSCS seeks to equip young people to lead and serve in Jesus’ name so they can make a difference in the world. Students study God’s Word and learn about God’s amazing world. CWSCS helps students understand that God continues to work in history and culture and encourages students to become creative problem solvers with a heart for service.
